Digital marketing strategy and consulting
Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual client agreements or quotations.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Supply required materials on time
Approve work within agreed timelines
Ensure content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.
- Payments
Fees are outlined in proposals or invoices.
Deposits may be required before work begins.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
Third-party tools, plugins, and software remain subject to their original licenses.
- Limitation of Liability
Kudu Digital Growth Lab is not liable for:
Loss of profits or business interruptions
Website downtime caused by hosting providers
Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
Third-party platform issues (e.g., social media, payment gateways)
- Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
